No special equipment is required. You may find it helpful to prepare your bedroom before this mindfulness session. Adjust the lighting and temperature. Wear something comfortable, and find a comfortable position where you can fall asleep.
At the end of this session, you may hopefully be asleep or close to falling asleep. Sweet dreams!
