📝 Ingredients for a 22 cm baking pan:
Dough:
✅ 3 eggs (room temperature)
✅ 75g sugar / 2.64 oz.
✅ 1 pack of vanillin / 0.3 oz.
✅ 150 g flour / 5.3 oz.
✅ 10 g baking powder
✅ 100 g melted butter / 3.5 oz.
✅ 2-3 bananas
✅ 3 tbsp sugar
Preparation:
1. Beat eggs briefly until foamy. Add sugar and vanillin and continue mixing.
2. Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix again.
3. Finally add the melted butter and mix with the mixer.
4. Cut the bananas into thick slices.
5. Line a baking tray (22 cm) with parchment and grease the edges. Sprinkle in the sugar and spread the bananas on top.
6. Pour the batter over the bananas and bake at 180°C/356° F for about 25-30 minutes.
7. After baking, turn the cake over and put it back in the oven for 3 minutes (on the grill function). This gives the cake a nice caramelized crust. Ready
