📝 Ingredients for a 28x28 cm baking pan:
✅ 5 eggs
✅ Pinch of salt
✅ 160g sugar / 5.64 oz
✅ 160 g flour / 5.64 oz.
✅ 3 tbsp cocoa powder
✅ 300 g quark or sour cream / 10.6 oz.
✅ 1 egg
✅ 1 pack. vanilla sugar
✅ 3 tbsp sugar
✅ 1 tbsp cornstarch
🔥Baking time: approx. 25 minutes at 170° C/ 338° F (top and bottom heat)
Preparation:
1. Beat eggs with salt and sugar until fluffy. Sift in the flour and cocoa and fold in carefully.
2. Pour into a prepared baking pan (28x28cm).
3. Mix the quark, egg, sugar, vanillin and cornstarch in a separate bowl and use a piping bag to create a grid shape on the cake using the cream.
4. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170° C/338° F for approx. 25 minutes. Complete! 😋
