We are enjoying all the best parts of summer to their fullest! This season flies by so quickly…gotta stop & savor this stuff when you can!
Looks like it’ll be a good year for foraging wild goodies—the treasures of the forest! Nothing beats freshly picked Serviceberries (aka Saskatoon berries) served over ice cream! Plus, in a few more weeks here, hazelnuts, plums, wild grapes, etc will be ready for harvest! Can’t wait!!
We also had a guest join us for a paddle & had the river all to ourselves (didn’t see another human!)—top notch day!!
