The old 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck that we bought sight unseen from Arizona needs some TLC. Neither front SEATBELT will release/retract, & the previous owner cut 1 of the seatbelts off completely. 😳😮 So this, in particular, needs to be fixed!
