Nomadic Life : The Mountains of Iran cook a Local Dish called "Mosama" with Lamb!
In the mountains of Iran, women play a very important role in doing daily work and spend all their time on animal husbandry. Today, they cooked a popular dish called "Mesma" with fresh and delicious sheep meat;
This dish is cooked with plenty of mutton and onions and served with rice.
The necessary ingredients for cooking this dish are:
Meat, onions, plums and spices
First, roast the meat and cook it completely with some water, and in the meantime, chop the onion and fry it in oil; Add some spices and tomato paste to it and put the fried onions on the meat. Cook the meat with onions on low heat for half an hour and add plums to it a few minutes before it is fully cooked. Our food is ready to serve!
