We've been exploring nighttime activities to reduce screen time at night. We found ourselves watching too much tv, mindlessly watching movies we weren't interested in, and scrolling on our phones before we knocked out.
We felt it was taking a negative toll on our relationship so we slowly started to implement other activities that'll bring us closer but also help us unwind and relax so we get some quality sleep.
