Negroni | Cocktail Recipe
A Negroni is bitter, strong and perfumed.
The bitterness is from Campari which is an aperitif/ Aperativo.
Bitterness of the Campari is meant to stimulate appetite.
Here’s how to make the perfect before-dinner cocktail: beautiful, balanced and appetizing.
Negroni Cocktail Recipe
Serves 1
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz Campari
3/4 oz red vermouth
Fresh orange
Fill a highball glass with large ice cubes. Add gin, Campari and vermouth. Stir well. Garnish with an orange wheel.
Once you know Negroni, you can easily make 2 even more fabulous/unique cocktails and impress your friends.
