Cowboy Caviar - Sexy Bean Salad
This bean salad is delicious, healthy and beautiful and when you name it Cowboy Caviar it's just down right COOL. :)
This amazing side is one of my go-tos as part of a fully make-ahead, serve-at-room-temp-any-old-time menu.
That type of menu formula has been my go-to for all parties for years. It's easy, fun, beautiful and beloved. Between the dishes, you can easily accommodate the gluten frees, the vegetarians and vegans, ketos, even picky kids*.
So here's my full menu:
