135G MIXED BELL PEPPERS (CUT IN CUBES 1 1/2 CM THICK)
120G BUTTON MUSHROOMS ( CUT INTO 2 CM THICK PIECES)
2TSP CHICKEN OR BEEF STOCK POWDER
1 1/2TSP GARLIC POWDER
2 TBSP COOKING OIL
1 3/4 TSP SALT
2 SHALLOT ONIONS
1 1/2 TBSP BUTTER
1 TSP THYME
1/2 TSP CHILI FLAKES
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TSP GINGER POWDER
1 TSP SPRING ONION
1 1/4 TBSP TOMATO PASTE
360G - 2 CUPS OF BASMATI RICE
850G - 4 CUPS OF WATER
-START BY CUTTING THE STEAK INTO STRIPS, AND THEN ADD 2 TBSP OF OIL IN A PAN, HEAT ON MEDIUM UNTIL HOT, ADD THE BEEF, STIR AND THEN ADD 1/2 A TSP SALT, AFTER THAT MIX WELL, ALLOW THE MEAT TO RELEASE ITS JUICE FOR 1 MINUTES,THEREAFTER ADD 1/2 A TSP OF GARLIC POWDER AND THEN STIR, COVER WITH A LID LET IT COOK FOR 2 MINUTES TO ALLOW THE JUICE TO DRY UP, AFTER THAT BROWN IT FOR 6 MINUTES, REMOVE THE MEAT FROM THE PAN, ADD BUTTER LET IT MELT, AND THEN ADD THE SHALLOT, FRY FOR 1 MINUTE, ADD THE BELL PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS, MIX WELL AND THEN ADD THE THYME, CHILI FLAKES, BLACK PEPPER, GINGER POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, STIR AND LET IT COOK FOR 2 MINUTES AND THEN ADD 1 1/4 TSP OF SALT ADJUST TO YOUR TASTE, STOCK POWDER, SPRING ONION,TOMATO PASTE, MIX WELL AND THEN LET IT COOK FOR 2 MINUTES, ADD THE RICE, STIR AND THEN ADD 4 CUPS OF WATER LET IT COOK FOR 10 MINUTES, AFTER 10 MINUTES TURN OFF THE HEAT, MIX THE RICE AND THEN ADD THE BEEF STRIPS AND MIX WELL, AFTER THAT ADD A BIT OF PARSLEY, SERVE AND ENJOY.
