✳️Kulich with condensed milk
Ingredients (for 1 Easter cake of standard shape d124 h90 mm):
- 1 egg
- 200g condensed milk
- 50ml milk
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 5 tbsp. oatmeal
- 1 tbsp. flour
- baking powder
- 150g raisins
Mix egg, condensed milk, milk and liquid honey in a bowl. Add oatmeal, flour and baking powder. Stir and add raisins.
Place in the form. Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes until done.
LEMON GLAZE
Ingredients:
- powdered sugar
- lemon juice
Take about 4-5 tbsp. powdered sugar and add lemon juice little by little, stirring constantly until the consistency suits you.
✳️CREATIVE CAKE
Ingredients (for 1 Easter cake of standard shape d124 h90 mm):
- 220g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 150g sl. oils
- 150g flour
- baking powder
- 150g dried fruits or candied fruits
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and melted butter. Blend with a blender for a smooth texture. If you don’t have a blender, you can put the cottage cheese through a sieve in advance or use soft cottage cheese.
Add flour and baking powder, mix, add raisins, dried fruits or candied fruits.
Place in the form. Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes until done.
GLAZING WITH MILK POWDER
Ingredients:
- 4-5 tbsp. milk powder or cream powder
- 1 tsp. powdered sugar
- warm water
Mix dry milk and powdered sugar. Add warm water a little at a time until the consistency suits you.
✳️KULICH WITH ORANGE JUICE
Ingredients (for 1 Easter cake of standard shape d124 h90 mm):
- 2 eggs
- 150g sugar
- 120g sour cream
- 50g sl. oils
- 100ml orange juice
- 250g flour
- baking powder
- 2 tbsp. starch
- 150g dried apricots and candied fruits
In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, sour cream, melted butter and orange juice. Add flour, baking powder and starch. Stir and add finely chopped dried apricots and candied fruits.
Place in the form. Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes until done.
✳️CAKES WITH KEFIR
Ingredients (for 2-3 Easter cakes):
- a handful of raisins
- 100ml hot water
- 1 tsp. soda
- 300ml kefir
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 3 eggs
- 150g butter
- 450g flour
GLAZE FOR KULICH
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 tbsp. dry cream (can be replaced with milk powder)
- 6 tbsp. condensed milk
✳️ KULICH WITH CONDENSED MILK
Ingredients:
- 50g butter
- 500g cottage cheese
- 100g condensed milk
- 100g candied fruits
- Raisin
Melt the butter in the microwave.
Mix cottage cheese, butter and condensed milk, beat with a blender. Add candied fruits and mix. Place gauze in the Easter pan and spread the curd mass tightly. Place in the refrigerator for a day, periodically draining the whey. Remove Easter from the mold and decorate with raisins.
