✳️ HOT SNACK IN TARTALETS
Ingredients:
200g ham
Tomato
100g cheese
Mayonnaise
Tartlets (used medium size 15 pcs)
Cut the ham and tomato into small cubes and place in a bowl. Grate the cheese and add to the ham and tomatoes. Season with mayonnaise and mix.
Place the filling into the tartlets. Place in the oven for 10 minutes
✳️ SALAD WITH EGG PANCAKES AND SAUSAGE
Ingredients:
2 eggs
200g boiled sausage
Bunch of parsley
100g cheese
-150g pickled cucumbers
Mayonnaise
Break the egg into a bowl, add some salt, mix and fry the pancake. We will need 2 pancakes.
Cut the pancakes into strips. This is how we chop sausage, parsley, pickled cucumbers, and grate cheese. Mix everything in a bowl, season with mayonnaise.
✳️ SALAD WITH FRENCH FRIES
Ingredients:
400g boiled chicken fillet or ham
1 large or 2 medium tomatoes
100g cheese
70-100g potato chips in strips or fried potatoes/fries
Sour cream or mayonnaise
Cook the chicken in salted water until cooked and cut into small pieces.
Cut the tomato into small cubes and grate the cheese.
Place all ingredients in layers. Chicken on the bottom. We draw a mesh of sour cream or mayonnaise on it. Then a layer of tomatoes. Mesh again. Layer of cheese. Mesh again. And the top layer is fried potatoes or potato chips in the form of sticks.
✳️ ASIAN STYLE CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients :
150g chicken fillet
turmeric and paprika
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. rice or apple cider vinegar
0.5 tsp. honey
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. sesame oil
Lettuce leaves
1-2 hot peppers or 1 sweet pepper
A handful of roasted peanuts
Beat the chicken fillet until the layer of meat becomes thin. Sprinkle with turmeric, paprika, pepper, grease with vegetable oil. Wrap in parchment paper and fry in a dry frying pan on both sides for 5 minutes until the meat is cooked.
Cut the chicken into small pieces. We cut the pepper.
For the dressing, mix soy sauce, vinegar, honey, squeeze out the garlic and add sesame oil.
Place lettuce leaves on a plate, chicken and peppers on top, drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with peanuts.

Ingredients:
Mashed potatoes
Ham
Processed cheese
Pickled jalapenos
✳️ ROLL IN DOUGH
Ingredients:
250g mushrooms
1 onion
100g cheese
500g puff pastry dough
400g minced meat
✳️ MEAT CASSERLE
Ingredients:
2-3 tomatoes
200g cheese
400g minced meat
400g beans in tomato sauce
360g bacon
Ketchup
Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Grate the cheese. Mix in a bowl, add minced meat, salt, pepper and add spices. Also add beans and stir.
Line a baking dish with strips of bacon, add the filling, cover with overlapping bacon and grease with ketchup. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees until cooked.
✳️ FRUIT COMPOSITION
Ingredients:
A bunch of black grapes
Red grapes
Mandarin
Orange
Kiwi
Place a bunch of black grapes in the center of the plate.
We separate the tangerine into slices and cut them in half. Place 6 slices on either side of the grapes.
Cut the orange into quarters. We make flowers from kiwi.
