I did everything by eye, so I’m giving an approximate amount.
Ingredients:
a bar of chocolate (milk, bitter, dark, regular, or without sugar)
100g curd cheese (can be replaced with ricotta, mascarpone, soft cottage cheese, yogurt, curd mass)
sweetener to taste (this can be syrup, honey, powdered sugar, jam, condensed milk, jam)
fruits or berries (I took raspberries and bananas)
several chocolate cookies (Jubilee, Oreo, healthy cookies without sugar, etc. - to choose from)
sprigs of mint, lemon balm or some flowers, for example, small roses
disposable paper cups
Melt the chocolate in the microwave (in pulses, that is, for 20 seconds, taking it out, stirring and putting it in again) or in a water bath.
Pour the melted chocolate into paper cups and spread along the walls with a spoon. It took me about 1.5 tbsp. chocolate for one glass of 200 ml.
Place the chocolate cups in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. The chocolate should freeze well and harden. Otherwise, when we start removing it from the mold, it may break.
While it freezes, we make the filling.
Add sweetener to the curd cheese to taste. I mixed ricotta and date syrup. But you can take, say, ordinary cottage cheese and add powdered sugar to it.
Grind the cookies in a blender or with a rolling pin to form crumbs.
Cut large berries and fruits into small pieces.
We take the cups out of the freezer. Using nail scissors, carefully cut the paper cup and begin to smoothly tear it off in a spiral. If everything is well frozen and the layer of chocolate was not too thin, then the chocolate pot can be easily pulled out and does not break.
Place the curd base in this pot, followed by a layer of fruits or berries. Sprinkle crushed cookies on top to make it look like a layer of soil. And we “plant” a sprig of mint or lemon balm.
Dessert is ready.
