1. Once the stock firmware flashing is completed disconnect the Zenfone Max from the computer and press the Power button untill the device restart. It takes time to start for the first time.
2. To boot into Download Mode :
Power off your Asus Zenfone Max and wait 5-10 seconds.
Now press and hold Volume + and Power Button together to boot into download mode.
3. Make sure to check WIPE option Yes in Asus Flashtool.
This will fix Bootloop problems.
