Make sure to install usb driver's first.
4. How to Hard Reset my Coolpad Note 5 Device ?
to hard reset Coolpad Note 5 follow this steps :
1. Boot into recovery
Switch off your phone
Press and hold power key+ both volume keys
2. Select clear cache data (press power key)
3. Select clear user data/factory reset
4. Select reboot system now
That's it.
