Facing Problem in Connecting Your Moto Z to Computer ?
make sure to install usb driver and turn on USB Debugging option on your device.
To Enter into MOTO Z Fastboot Mode :
Power off your device and wait 5-6 seconds
Now press and hold volume down and power button together to boot into fastboot mode.
