Cognitive Biases in Game Development - Anna Urbańska || People Can Fly ||
In this talk she'd like to share her thoughts on cognitive biases and the ways they can impact game development. Her my opinion this is a very wide topic that might be addressed both in regards to team management and in the product (game), for example to influence/steer players' behavior and make the team life easier. As people we experience cognitive biases every day without even realizing it, let's name some and see where we can or already are using them. During our time she'll also provide practical tips for leveraging cognitive biases in our favor.
