Rosemary's Baby (1968) - 'Lullaby - Crib Sequence' scene
The pacing of the film is excellent, and we the audience are tossed up and down, but never for too long. Here, after a dreadful few scenes, we're given a glimmer of hope again, and Komeda's lullaby kicks in once again to accompany the cheerful montage.
Starring Mia Farrow, John Cassavetes, Ruth Gordon, Sidney Blackmer, Maurice Evans, Ralph Bellamy, Victoria Vetri and Charles Grodin.Based on the novel by Ira Levin. Adapted and directed by Roman Polanski. Original score by Krzysztof Komeda (as Christopher Komeda), who sadly died shortly after the film's release.
