Starring Omar Sharif, Julie Christie, Geraldine Chaplin, Rod Steiger, Alec Guinness, Tom Courtenay and Omar's son, Tarek Sharif. Screenplay by Robert Bolt, based on the novel by Boris Pasternak. Directed by David Lean, with an Oscar-winning score by Maurice Jarre.
