Chicken - 500 g (any part will do, chicken breast in the video)
Rice - 300 g
Frozen vegetables - 300 g (I have a Mexican mixture)
Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Provençal herbs - 1 tsp.
Turmeric - 1 tsp.
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - 1 tsp.
Seasoning for chicken - 10 g
Water - 400 ml
Cream 10% - 50 ml
For the chicken marinade:
Vegetable oil - 25 ml
Soy sauce - 25 ml
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
