PICKLED EGGLANTS WITH PEPPER
Eggplant - 400 g
Bulgarian pepper - 400 g
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Parsley greens - 10 g
For marinade:
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Dry herbs - 1 tsp (I have Oregano)
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
VEGETABLE AUPLANT CUTLETS
Eggplant - 2 pcs. (450 g)
Onion - 1 pc. (100 g)
Carrot - 50 g
Potatoes - 3-4 pcs. (400 g)
Garlic - 2 cloves
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Flour - 2-3 tbsp.
Salt, pepper to taste
For sauce:
Mayonnaise - 60 g
Sour cream - 60 g
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Dill greens - 5 g
AUGPLANT SNACK (KOREAN-STYLE AUPLANT WITH PEPPER AND CARROT)
Eggplant - 4 pcs. (800 g)
Carrots - 4-5 pcs. (300 g)
Bulgarian pepper - 3 pcs. (300 g)
Parsley greens - 10 g
Garlic - 4-5 cloves
Seasoning for carrots in Korean - 1 pack.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Salt - 0.5-1 tbsp.
Vinegar - 2 tbsp.
Hot vegetable oil - 100 ml
