Hello Everyone, Today we are making a Thai Eggplant Curry recipe.
Ingredients - Thai Eggplant 500g (තලන බටු(එළබටු) 500g)
Curry Leaves (කරපිංචා)
Pandan Leaves (රම්පෙ)
3 Chili Pepper (අමු මිරිස් කරල් 3)
8-10 Onions (රතු ළුණු ගෙඩි අටක් දහයක්)
5 Garlic (සුදුළුණු බික් 5 )
Fenugreek 1tsp (උළුහාල් තේ හැන්දක්)
Chili Powder 1/2 tsp (මිරිස් කුඩු තේ හැදි භාගයක්)
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp (කහ කුඩු තේ හැදි භාගයක්)
Curry Powder 1tsp (තුනපහ තේ හැන්දක් )
Salt (ලුණු රස අනුව)
Coconut Oil (පොල්තෙල්)
