Writing learning objectives is a key part of our work as instructional designers and teachers.
Before we can create effective learning experiences for our students and employees, we need to spend time thinking about what we want learners to actually be able to do with the information after completing the training or course.
Bloom's Rat came to be as I was creating a very vanilla Instagram post about Learning Objectives. I'd been searching for "6-level pyramids" on Canva, and for some reason still unbeknownst to me, this rat graphic appeared.
It seemed line divine intervention. Yup, you heard right: Bloom's Rat was inspired by a happy accident.
I've always enjoyed learning through songs, and my hope that is Bloom's Rat will inspire, educate, and delight anyone who needs to write learning objectives for their eLearning courses, classes, and learning experiences!
