Curved (eye shaped) text in Paint.NET
Someone commented on our old tutorial on curved text, asking how to make the text at the bottom shown in the thumbnail. I did not remember exactly how I did it, but it turns out it's really simple to do. It does however require the "Text formations" plugin to be installed, you can get it from the official Paint.NET forums.
In this tutorial I am using "spiral text" to create the curved text look. As the name of the effect suggests, this can also be used to create spiraled text - you can test it by entering a lot of text.
To get the bottom text, simply use spiral text twice, and uncheck the "clockwise" checkbox the second time.
I also show how to outline the text, since the background texture in this video interferes with the readability. Adding an outline sometimes improves readability.
