📝 Workout:
This Lower Body Sculpt & Shred workout is divided into a Strength part and a MetCon part. The Strength part consist of 3 Trisets, each with 3 different exercises which we perform for 40 sec with 20 rest in between. The MetCon part consist of 5 different exercises which we perform for 40 sec with 20 rest in between.

💪🏻 Muscles Worked: Lower Body
⏱ Time: 45 Minutes
🏋️‍♀️ Equipment: A pair of dumbbells and bench or chair to rest on. You can use any weights that suit you, ideally use heavier sets during the strength part if possible. Carole is using 2x 12,5 lbs / 5 kg dumbbells
