How to Request Cheque Book using Internet Banking?: Net Banking ka upyog kar Cheque Book Mangaye
In this video we will learn how you can request a cheque book for your savings/salaried/current account using internet banking?
Some things that you should know:
1. For Indian Mailing addresses, the Expected time for cheque book Delivery will be 3 to 5 Working Days. If you live in a small or remote town then the delivery may take 7 to 10 working days as well.
For Overseas Mailing addresses, your new Cheque book will be despatched through registered airmail or through a reputed courier. Keep in mind that in this case your cheque book may take some weeks to arrive at your doorstep.
2. For Savings and Salaried Accounts, the bank may give you certain number of Free cheque leaves every year. And for additional cheque leaves, your bank may charge certain amount from your account along with any applicable taxes.
In my case, the bank is giving a check book of 25 leaves per year for FREE.
3. If you have Loans Against Securities accounts, then the bank may give you 50 cheque leaves per calendar month.
4. If you have a current account, then the bank may give you 100 cheque leaves per calendar month.
5. Make sure your delivery address, mobile number and Email address are all correct in your account.
