Pay Aditya Birla Health Insurance Policy Premium using your credit/debit card
In this video, I demonstrate how to pay your Aditya Birla Health Insurance Policy Premium with your credit or debit card via the PhonePe app.
In order to do so, follow these steps:
1. On your mobile or tablet device, open the PhonePe app and select LIC/Insurance.
2. Tap Aditya Birla Health Insurance on the following screen, which shows a list of insurance companies.
3. On the next screen, provide your policy number as well as a valid email address. Your premium payment receipt will be sent to this email address, so be sure it's current and legitimate.
4. On the next screen, you'll see the following information:
Name of the customer/policyholder
Policy number
Premium payment due date * Total amount due
Check all of the details against the policy document/previous premium receipts to ensure they are correct.
5. Now, under the credit/debit card tab, fill in the following information:
Your 16-digit credit/debit card number
Your card's expiration date in MM/YY format
Your card's 3-digit CVV/CVC code
You will be taken to a secure transaction authorization page after clicking the Pay button. You must either enter the One Time Password (OTP) that your bank will provide to your registered cellphone number or your VISA/MasterCard Securecode password.
If the OTP/password you entered is accurate, your transaction will be approved by the bank, and your bank will transmit the funds to PhonePe, who will then deposit the funds in your insurance company's account.
