Surely many have heard about this machine, the name of which is more like an unsolved example in mathematics. However, the 59-16 World of Tanks is a very interesting machine, this little guy has a lot of nice tricks up his sleeve, so let’s take a closer look at it.
Let's start analyzing the parameters of our firefly with the fact that it has approximately the same safety margin as the rest of its classmates, and also not the best, but quite decent basic visibility of 380 meters.
There is not much to say about the security of a light tank, and in the case of the 59-16, the armor characteristics are also very modest. Be prepared for the fact that everyone you meet in battle will punch you. However, on our side there is a good streamlined shape of the tower, thanks to which we will be periodically pleased with ricochets, and the VLD is located at a good angle. Of course, you should never rely on armor, but pleasant surprises will sometimes happen.
A kind word can be mentioned about the very compact dimensions of our Chinese. The 59-16 WoT light tank is really small, squat and has a short hull, which provides excellent camouflage, and it’s not so easy to just hit us.
And of course, the driving characteristics are rightfully considered the tank’s strongest point. 59-16 World of Tanks has a very good top speed, excellent dynamics and excellent maneuverability. That is, the tank is really very fast and playful, it accelerates without difficulty, holds the maximum speed perfectly and can take crazy turns.
The armament of this Chinese-made firefly is no less interesting, because you can choose from two completely different guns, stock and top-end.
Let's start with the top barrel and this 59-16 gun is primarily interesting because it has a loading drum for 5 shells, each of which deals 115 damage. An excellent advantage of this gun is the very fast reload time inside the drum (less than 1.5 seconds), meaning we can deal 575 damage in just 6 seconds. In addition, a full magazine reload for the 59-16 WoT takes only 9 seconds, this is very fast and thanks to this we are able to deal about 2200 damage per minute, which is also an excellent result for the LT-6.
But this weapon has a parameter that makes its use very difficult - armor penetration. An armor-piercing shell can normally penetrate opponents only into the side and stern, and even then not all of them. Of course, you can carry a lot of gold on the 59-16 World of Tanks, but this does not solve all the problems.
As for accuracy, it is average. The spread here is comfortable, but the aiming speed and stabilization leave much to be desired, although a properly upgraded 59-16 crew and selected equipment partially solve this problem.
The second gun, a stock one, should not be written off either; for many it will be more familiar and profitable. There is no drum, the alpha strike is much lower and even with such an excellent rate of fire we can inflict about 2000 units of damage per minute, weaker than in the top configuration.
To summarize, I would like to say that for those who are not used to playing drums, do not want to spend extra silver, or prefer stability, it would be better to stick with a stock gun. But for those who like to shoot gold and ride with a comfortable drum, you can install a top gun on the 59-16 tank.
