My Hacker Doxed Me...if you remember this, you're an absolute legend! It all started from a simple comment that said my Twitter was hacked. A video and a few laughs later, I'm standing outside the police station, telling the mean cop that I don't want to get swatted after getting doxed. Luckily, the guy that hacked me wasn't too bad of a dude as he gave all my stuff back and apologized. Guess I had to be an example after some data breach.
On January 17, 2023, I received a comment from someone who said that my Twitter account is probably hacked. The profile picture and name was replaced by Elon Musk. After checking it out, I realized it was hacked, and I was kicked out of my own account. So the same day, I made a video telling people to just unfollow the account and that I'll make a new one. In that video, I was also making fun of the hacker of that account. When the hacker watched the video, it went from one hacked problem to ten. My gamertags were getting hacked, and the hacker started posing as me, and tweeting racial things on my hacked Twitter account.
Eventually that same night, the hacker doxed me. As if all the said problems weren't enough. It was like as if Germany attacked the USSR, and the USSR fought back. Endlessly and hard. My hacker fought endlessly and hard. He started doxing all my old emails and passwords. He then found some of my troll Facebook accounts because I'm an idiot, and doxed me with those. All this doxing drama went on for a few hours but ended as soon as my hacker reached out to me and we talked, like reasonable people. Lol.
During the dox, I went to the police station to try to prevent a possible swatting. Since I was doxed, I could've been swatted by my hacker or anyone else really. The cop on duty did not know what swatting meant. He did not like me either. He probably thought I was some drunk teenager and he just wanted to get killed by a rock out of boredom. Whatever he thought, the cop was not helpful at all and basically told me to get swatted, then COME BACK to file a police report. The dumbest thing a cop ever said to me. So I went back home and started securing all my accounts.
My roommate was freaking out, thinking that we're about to get swatted, he was trying to find anything that the cops might use against him, like posters of a video game that had guns on it. It was wild. Better safe than sorry. As I was securing my accounts and all that, the hacker texted me on my phone. After some talking, he gave all my accounts back and apologized for the shitstorm. Pretty chill dude, besides me getting doxed. Lol.
