MASSIVE Xbox Bot Exploit. It's been happening since July 8th to my knowledge and coincidentally, happened after the Xbox Servers went down on July 2nd. So what's this massive Xbox Bot Exploit? In simpler terms, Microsoft's filters were breached that would prevent "unwanted material and spam" in the Looking for Groups. This means that posts can be manipulated and spammed. Now if you go into the Xbox Looking for Groups, you'll see over MILLIONS of posts being spammed by bots. These posts basically shoutout Xbox Party Tools, modding services, Xbox Party Crashes, etc. There's not enough evidence to prove if these are scams or not, so do not try buying them.
I received a DM from someone of a video showing the Xbox Looking for Group bot spam or post spam. It showed over 40,000 posts, with 100+ new ones being posted within a second. They were all advertising someone on Instagram that was selling Xbox services. Over most of the week, I would go into the Looking for Groups and see what has been resolved and what hasn't. Nothing was resolved. Instead, more bots were spamming posts. Rainbow Six Siege on the Xbox Looking for Groups ended up having over TWO MILLION posts, all spammed by countless Xbox Bots that served as ads for Xbox Party Tools and alike. Call of Duty was the same with over 200,000 posts, Minecraft had over 16,000, and Fortnite had over 100,000.
It's worth mentioning that when this massive Xbox Bot Exploit was being abused on Xbox LFG, Looking for Groups would fail to load. On Tuesday, I tried seeing what was happening but due to the million of posts being spammed by bots, LFG was not loading up. Apparently all these posts overloaded what Xbox was capable of. It was fixed rather quickly though.
From what I was able to find after spectating all this Xbox Bot Exploit madness BS for four consecutive days, I came to learn that more of these spammers started using the Xbox Bot Exploit. What I mean is, some loop hole was discovered which allowed anyone with an Xbox Bot Tool to be able to spam the Xbox LFG. There were at least ten different people who were using their own bots to spam the Xbox Network.
These posts claim that they are selling Xbox Services such as, Xbox Party Crashers, Xbox LFG Bot Spams, ANY Xbox Bot Service, Xbox Tools, modding services, Xbox accounts, etc. From what I was able to gather, there is no sufficient evidence to prove these are legitimate. I tried contacting some of these Xbox Bot Spammers on Instagram but they lack any credibility of their sales and legitimacy, they have private accounts which is used by scammers, they don't respond to DMs, etc. So my advice here would be do NOT buy anything from them just to stay safe.
It's also worth mentioning that on the afternoon of July 13th, Microsoft/Xbox started fixing the Xbox Bot Exploit on LFG. The number of posts was not fixed and some games are still showing increasing post numbers of over two million LFG posts. But the filter seems to be working better than it was before because the Xbox Bot spam posts are being taken down. So it looks like it took Microsoft five days to start fixing this. I'm thinking the Xbox Bot Exploit spam will be fixed by July 15th but I could be wrong. We'll have to see.
