How to Achieve Bigger Goals, Faster
"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go further, go together". As I've started leading a company again this year, thoughts like this many times. It's true that working solo can help start quickly and get a lot done. But I've realized—again—how much more successful we can be together.
In this video I'll show how to think about goal setting with leading and lagging measures, setting milestones, and tracking your goals through to achievement. I use ClickUp in this example and believe they have the best integrated goal tracker of any productivity tools.
