SALMON IN THE OVEN WITH BAKED POTATOES
01. 400 g of Salmon fillets
02. Aluminium foil
03. Salt and Pepper
04. 9 Garlic Cloves
05. 6 g of Garlic Powder
06. 2 Spring Onions
07 90 ml of Olive Oil.
08. 5 g of smoked Paprika
09. 5 g of Oregano
10. 5 g of turmeric
11. Juice of a half lemon
Cut the Salmon in to 4 strips.
Cut 4 pieces of Aluminium foil make sure that they are 2 times bigger than the Salmon strips so you can close them in.
Chop the garlic and spring onions and add them to the fish. add some salt, pepper Garlic Powder and Olive Oil Close the fish in the foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 170 c Slice the potatoes and place them in a tray
Add smoked Paprika, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, turmeric and a Juice of half lemon. Mix and Bake In an oven for 30 minutes at 170 c
