While I'm (rarely) a fan of partial range of motion, momentum, and other non-strict motions, I was playing around with pushdowns the other day and had my best pump in a while. Specifically, I focused on pushing the rope out as far as possible, really emphasizing the squeeze and NOT caring about the ROM or momentum used. I know this is anecdotal and likely due to just changing from the norm, i.e., any change from one's typical movement pattern will provide novel stimulus to that person. Nevertheless, as a bro who loves the pump, it was amazing
