Abderahim and Quizilol, two young boys from vastly different worlds, each face a journey of discovery and self-reliance, learning to control their animals and prove their worth.
In the vast Sahara desert, Abderahim embarks on a long voyage with his grandfather, a seasoned camel herder, to the Ennedi Massif—one of the world’s most breathtaking and uncharted regions. As they traverse the endless dunes, Abderahim not only discovers the beauty of his homeland but also learns the ancient art of camel herding, slowly gaining the wisdom passed down through generations.
Meanwhile, in the snow-covered plains of northern Mongolia, young Quizilol must prove his manhood by raising a herd of reindeer. His family entrusts him with a young stallion to begin his journey. However, when a fierce blizzard strikes, the stallion escapes into the spirit-haunted mountains. With only his instincts to guide him, Quizilol must track down and capture the runaway horse. Success means earning his place as a man among his people.
Both boys, though worlds apart, share a common struggle—to control their animals and, in doing so, find their path to manhood in the heart of their respective lands.
