How to Disable/Enable News and Interests in Windows 10 (OBSOLETE)
❗ UPDATE: This feature should be enabled for everyone now! However, you may still use this guide to permanently disable News and Interests (until the next major update).
Hi there Pros! Today I will show you how to force enable the new News and Interests feature in Windows 10. The feature should've normally appeared for everyone, but for some reason it didn't...

🧐 Steps:
1. Please make sure that you are running AT LEAST Windows 10 Build 2004, by checking at Settings, System and About.
2. Download the ViveTool .zip file.
3. Right click on the .zip file and click on Extract All...
4. Open the folder that was just created and copy its directory.
5. Run as administrator the terminal of your choice (Windows Terminal, PowerShell or Command Prompt) from the Start menu.
6. Execute these commands one by one:
cd "[the directory you copied]"
.\vivetool addconfig 29947361 2
.\vivetool addconfig 27833282 2
.\vivetool addconfig 27368843 2
.\vivetool addconfig 28247353 2
.\vivetool addconfig 27371092 2
.\vivetool addconfig 27371152 2
.\vivetool addconfig 30803283 2
.\vivetool addconfig 30213886 2
7. Reboot your PC.
8. News and Interests has been successfully enabled!
