How to make a screenshot on Mac
On mac it’s rather easy to take a screenshot. There are a few keyshortcuts to remember. Press Command-Shift-3 and the mac will take a screenshot of the entire screen. The file will be saved on the desktop. Press Command-Shift-4. Click and drag around the part of the screen you want to capture. You can also press Command-Shift-4 and then press space: this, will let you choose a window to take a separate screenshot of.
If you need to markup the screenshot that you just took. Locate the file and double click it. Press the markup icon in Preview and add your desired content. To save, just close the image. In case preview is not your default image viewer, right click on the file and choose open with and select preview.
