Uploading the vob file doesn't seem to work properly here. The length of the file is shown as 8:08:23 (which is utterly wrong) in VLC-Player and 03:27 in MPC-HC. YouTube seems to decode only 16:33 out of it. So I guess it will take some additional work to get the files properly uploaded.
The length of all of the tracks should be:
