* pearl barley - 600 gr
* pork fat - 80 g
* onion - 150 gr (1-2) pieces
* carrots - 180 gr (1 large piece)
* salt - 18 gr (3 tsp)
* black pepper - 3 gr (1 tsp)
* water - (+-) 900 ml
Output: 7 jars with a capacity of 0.5 liters
