(300 ml glass)
Dough:
* flour - 550 g (2.5 ct)
* margarine or butter - 250 g
* sugar - 60 g (3 tbsp.l)
* egg yolks - 4 pcs
* cocoa - 30 g (2 tablespoons with a slide)
* soda - 7 g (1 tsp)
* vinegar 9% - 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
* salt - 2 g (1 pinch)
Filling:
* cottage cheese - 1 kg
* sugar - 300 g (1 tbsp)
* vanilla sugar - 10 g (1 sachet)
* eggs - 4 pieces
* egg whites - 4 pieces
* starch - 60 g (3 tablespoons with a slide)
* butter - 100 g
* salt - 3 g (0.5 tsp)
The weight of the finished cake: 2.5 kg
⏰Baking time: 40 minutes at t = 220°C
