cherry -1.5 kg
sugar - 1 kg
lemon - 1 piece (100-120 g)
Output: 2 0.5 l jars
⏰ Cooking time:
1 time - bring to a boil, but do not boil
2 times - boil for 5 minutes
3 times - boil for 15 minutes
Let it cool down for 3-5 hours each time, you can leave it overnight. We close it cold
