60 g (2 oz) walnuts
olive oil
1 tsp tomato paste
300 ml (1 1/4 cups) vegetable stock
1 - 2 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
60 ml (1/4 cup) apple juice
150 ml (5/8 cups) soy cream
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp paprika powder, sweet
Garnish:
potatoes
Baking: 200°C (392°F) 15 minutes convection
