It has been brought to my attention (after I edited the video) that there were earlier paragons in CHIMPS via a bug that essentially gave you infinite money for free, so I am not counting that. This run would be the earliest paragon in CHIMPS considering index rules (the bugs I abuse here are not game-breaking or not replicable).
Edit: I also just realized that Mehalic was able to get the dart paragon on r124 on logs with the same regrow farming strat, so the previous earliest round should have been 124, not 125. It is also worth noting that the r125 paragon run did not abuse any bugs. I have the runs linked below:

1. I doubt this is actually the earliest possible paragon, although it might be the earliest on Sulfur Springs. Quite a lot of money was spent on non-paragon towers and regrow farming was not fully optimized (more info below).
2. This bug is pretty hard to explain and considering I'm not the best with words, I will provide a link to a video that explains it in detail (by Smart Persan). I am allowing this as it is considered a category 2 bug by official index rules (specific tower/bloon interaction that doesn't break the game).

3. The general strategy for each round is the following
If the round contains DDTs, space out mines to try and beat as many DDT layers as possible, save PMFC for the middle to last DDTs
Deal damage in bursts (mine + PMFC), leaving only ceramics and BFBs after each burst so that ujugg can clean up at the same time that condor stalls everything for the next burst of damage
In cases where ZOMG layers are still alive after the initial mines explode and the first burst of damage, use a mine on them when they are at the bottom left so that mine will hit the ZOMGs but hit very few BFBs stalled at the top by condor
Set condor on last when abilities are back up to release a small group of BFBs from the stall and then set back to strong for stalling, keep cycling until there are 2 or 4 BFBs left, at which point I could start mine stacking for the next round
I also used a bug called "range bug" which basically gives blimps a larger hitbox when next to more bloons. This allowed me to find mine placement pixels near the left side that won't trigger until DDTs made a full loop around the middle (or perhaps its because the looped path is a couple pixels to the left, I have no clue). This bug is unavoidable so I'm also allowing it
