Keller Williams Commission Structure Explained | Commission Fees Limit & Caps
In this video, you will learn about how the commissions work, the caps and fees associated with the Keller Williams program. You will learn about the commission splits that you will get and why these are reasonable compared to the standard system. So many agents are working hard and earning good revenue but not good profits because of how much they are giving away!
The agent has to pay 6% of his commission earnings as a franchise fee, but this is capped at $3000. This is a good thing because you as an agent won’t have to pay the next set of fees until a year later, so you won’t have as much money going out.
The Keller Williams Profit Share program shares its profit with the owners who invested in the business and the agents who are helping to grow the company. The owners receive a larger part of the split to pay their bills, but the associates also receive a significant percentage of profit.
