Microsoft is constantly in the top three highest valued stocks with a market cap near a trillion dollars. So the question today is:
Should you buy microsoft stock ? With a P/E of 27, an amazing balance sheet of $52 Billion in net tangible assets and a dividend yield of 1.3% with a payout ratio of 35% I don't think you can go wrong with this stock. The revenue and especially earnings growth is significant and the long term outlook is pretty good.
I can recommend microsoft stock to pretty much anyone with a reasonably long investing horizon.
