Should You Buy Sony ? Stock Analysis (SNE)
We have a look at Sony today. To summarize quickly, the dividend is negligible and so is the revenue growth. The earnings growth (over 100% to $8.4 Billion) is quite respectable and gives them a P/E of 13, which is quite good. The balance sheet looks pretty good with a total stockholder's equity of $34 Billion.
So for a growth investor this is definitely not a great stock, but a value investor will likely appreciate all the financials and dividend investors might like that the payout ratio is only 2.8%, which gives them a huge opportunity for future growth of the dividend.
