Tap on your profile icon, located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Tap on the gear icon, located at the top right corner of the profile page, to access its Settings.
On the next page, tap on the 'Privacy & Safety’ option.
Now, scroll down to the end to find ‘Request all of my data’, and then tap on it.
A pop-up screen will appear, select the “Request my Data” option.
You will receive all data about the servers as an email after 30 days.
Download the email and check if you can see the history of the Discord servers you have left.
