Open the Instagram app on your mobile device and ensure you are logged in to your account.
From the home screen, tap on the profile icon located at the bottom.
On the profile page, tap on the three horizontal lines located at the top right corner of the screen.
Tap on “Accounts center” from the menu.
Next, tap on the ‘Password and security’ option under account settings.
On the next page, select “two-factor authentication”.
Now, choose your Instagram account.
Then, tap on the “Additional Methods” option.
On the Additional Methods page, select “Backup codes” to see all the backup codes.
Here, you’ll find all the backup codes displayed on your screen.
