Tennis elbow is an overuse injury of the muscles on the outside of the elbow, and is a common injury in lifters and athletes. Tennis elbow can be a very frustrating injury, but the good thing is it can be solved!
In this video, we are going to cover three of our favorite tennis elbow exercises that we use to help our clients who are dealing with this type of elbow pain.
