Many of us struggle with tightness in our hip flexors. Our hip flexors are a group of muscles that help us in flexing our hip (ie lifting our knee to our chest). However, not all of us actually have tight hip flexor muscles. In today’s video we cover how to test yourself to see if you are actually lacking in hip flexor mobility, and we show you what to do to alleviate that hip flexor pain and hip flexor stiffness if you are truly lacking flexibility in your hip flexors, or if it’s just a sensation of stiff hip flexors.
