These crisp, light-as-air, beyond delicious profiteroles are filled with vanilla cream. They are just delicious.
Ingredients:
100 ml of water
100 ml of milk
1 tsp sugar
a pinch of salt
85 g butter
130 g flour
220 g eggs
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. Then turn off the oven, and leave them in the oven for 20 minutes with the door slightly open.
Cream:
500 ml of milk
2 eggs
150 g of sugar
60 g flour
30 g butter
vanilla
